Updates Zendesk App > How a ticket is matched to a record to match ForestAdmin/forest-for-zendesk#83:

• Lists the record id formats now extracted: UUID, prefixed id (abc_ + mixed letters and digits), 24-hex ObjectId, #1234 (4+ digits, was documented as 5), numbers of 6+ digits; states that snake_case words, file names and version strings are not ids.
• Describes shape routing: each id goes to every collection whose key type can hold it, replacing the undocumented first-8-collections cut. Zendesk user id fields only receive numbers.
• Notes that searches past the 100-search budget are dropped and counted in a console warning.

Merge after forest-for-zendesk#83 ships.
