https://www.usb-over-network.com/ is a commercial software offering transparent remove USB access
on my Windows remote client I see putty working reliably, also some other piece of software works with another non-CDC USB device, meaning usb-over-network somewhat functions
with jSerialComm I was able to establish communication and receive data only once - unable to re-connect
