Hi, I'm Farouq Seriki

Senior React Native Engineer · Full-stack · Native iOS/Android

I've spent 6+ years shipping production apps across fintech, media, hiring, marketplaces and health, and I own the work from app to API, release and production. I'm CTO with equity at two early-stage fintechs, I write native Swift and Kotlin when a feature needs it, and I publish on freeCodeCamp.

Current focus

  • Shipping React Native apps and the NestJS/Node.js APIs behind them for a film and TV social app, a hiring platform and two fintechs.
  • Release pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions), payments (Stripe, Paystack, card issuing) and mobile security (SSL pinning, device attestation).
