track(platform): validate RP2040 / Pico FastLED build support

Context

FastLED/FastLED#1221 asks for RP2040 / Raspberry Pi Pico support with ArduinoCore. fbuild has RP2040/RP2350 toolchain and platform fixtures, so this should be reconciled with current FastLED support and recorded in fbuild.

Acceptance criteria

• Run current FastLED minimal builds with fbuild for representative RP2040 and RP2350 targets.
• Confirm the ArduinoCore/toolchain path used by fbuild matches the intended RP2040 support path.
• Add or update fbuild smoke coverage if Pico-specific board metadata is missing or too generic.
• Record any remaining FastLED-side platform/runtime blockers separately from fbuild build support.
• Comment back on the source FastLED issue with the fbuild evidence or blocker.

Coverage on main

fbuild ships a dedicated crates/fbuild-build/src/rp2040/ orchestrator and four smoke fixtures, each wired to its own GitHub Actions workflow. All four ran green on the latest main build (2026-06-03 21:51 UTC):
