   Currently user can define secret as:

   class Secrets(BaseModel):
       api_key: str
       database_url: str
       encryption_key: str
   

   Now as I user might want some of these to be optional, probably by default set to None in Runtime. Currently everything of these is mandatory for state to be constructed.
