… Chain gate With the thirteen Dependabot bumps applied, CI's own scanner image (ghcr.io/google/osv-scanner-action:v2.5.0, same scan-args) still reported 11 fixable advisories. None had a Dependabot PR, because each is transitive or held by an override: - sdk/python/uv.lock: banks 2.5.0 -> 2.5.1 (GHSA-556j-vv39-8rqv) and multidict 6.7.1 -> 6.9.1 (GHSA-54p9-h82j-f925), via `uv lock --upgrade-package`; nothing else in the lock moves. - Cargo.lock: quinn-proto 0.11.16 -> 0.11.19 (RUSTSEC-2026-0338..0342) and ruzstd 0.9.0 -> 0.9.1 (RUSTSEC-2026-0344), via `cargo update -p`, with no other edge re-resolved; `cargo metadata --locked` accepts it. - package.json: the `sharp` override moves 0.35.4 -> 0.35.5 (GHSA-wq5f-xc86-pv6w), with libvips 1.3.3 -> 1.3.4. next 16.4.0 still asks for `^0.35.4`, so this stays an override, as #790 left it. Checked locally: it loads against libvips 8.18.7 and round-trips a PNG encode. - bun.lock and sdk/typescript/package-lock.json: source-map-js 1.2.1 -> 1.2.2 (GHSA-68fv-2mgg-jv7q), in range of every dependent's `^1.2.1`. npm also synced that lockfile's stale root version to package.json's 0.0.1-beta.1. bun.lock was edited entry by entry, not regenerated: any `bun install` over an edited lock re-resolved ~100 unrelated packages. `bun install --frozen-lockfile` accepts the result, and a plain `bun install` reports no changes. osv-scanner.toml: crewai 1.15.27 requires `chromadb~=1.5.9`, so chromadb moves 1.1.1 -> 1.5.9. That is the newest release and still inside all four advisories' ranges, so the four ignores stay; their text now names the version actually locked. Scanner result: "No issues found", exit 0, with all six ignores still in use. …an override, not a pin move Dependabot alert #48 (GHSA-6qxp-vccf-f47h, high) is against `@modelcontextprotocol/client@2.0.0` in the mastra-1 fixture, fixed in 2.2.0. The client is transitive: `@mastra/mcp@2.0.0` pins it exactly, so no in-range update can reach the fix. Dependabot's fix (#884) moved `@mastra/mcp` to 2.3.0 instead. That release peers on `@mastra/core >=1.75.0-0`, but the fixture pins `@mastra/core@1.68.0`, so the fixture would stop installing. This is case 1 in SECURITY.md: a minimal fixture-local `overrides` entry naming the patched version, re-resolved with `npm install --package-lock-only --ignore-scripts`. The client moves to 2.2.0 with its own `@modelcontextprotocol/core@2.2.0` nested under it. `@mastra/core` 1.68.0, `@mastra/mcp` 2.0.0, `@mastra/memory` 1.31.0 and the other `@modelcontextprotocol/*` packages resolve exactly as before. The rest of #884 is not taken. It moves `ai` 4.3.19 -> 5.0.52 in `ai-4` and `mastra-0`, plus the `@ai-sdk/provider-utils` 2.2.8 inside it. SECURITY.md records those as accepted with no fix: the fix is the major the `ai-4` fixture exists to stay below. …updates in both changelogs Root CHANGELOG.md opens the 1.0.11-beta.0 section with a Dependencies subsection: the Dependabot bumps, the OSV findings they left, the mastra-1 override, and the chromadb version the allow-list now names. sdk/typescript/CHANGELOG.md gets the fixture fix under the unreleased 0.0.1-beta.1 section, next to the #837, #838 and #869 fixture entries it continues. …ernight RUSTSEC-2026-0346, -0347, -0348 and -0349 were published after this PR's Supply Chain run went green. They are against rustls 0.23.45, the TLS stack compiled into failproofaid through reqwest/hyper-rustls/tokio-rustls, and all four are fixed in 0.23.46. Re-running CI's scanner image (ghcr.io/google/osv-scanner-action:v2.5.0, same scan-args) against this branch's unchanged lockfiles reported them, so the gate would have gone red on its next run. `cargo update -p rustls` changes only rustls' version and checksum, and `cargo metadata --locked` accepts the result. Verified locally: the scanner reports "No issues found" (exit 0), and `cargo fmt --check`, `cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets -D warnings` and `cargo test --workspace` pass (744 tests). Lockfiles take main's (#901) newer patched versions; package.json keeps this branch's version, next ^16.3.8 and the source-map-js override on top of main's dependency bumps. CHANGELOG keeps both sections. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Brings main (#901), the 1.0.11-beta.2 bump and the factory fixes (Codex system-config hooks, disconnect, connect reconcile, org-switch boundary, rustls) into the OTel branch. - filetail::new_cursor: the org boundary check runs first (a file last modified before the switch gets no cursor), then the OTEL resume cutoff places a handed-back Codex rollout at EOF, then the since-days window. - lib.rs: both org_boundary and otlp modules. - Tests: kept both the org-boundary and the resume-after/OTLP config tests. - Cargo.lock: feat/tui-ux's patched versions, plus axum for the relay. - CHANGELOG: one 1.0.11-beta.2 section with #881 and #880 entries. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
One PR for the fifteen open Dependabot PRs, plus the security fixes neither Dependabot nor the gate could get to. The OSV-Scanner gate has been red on
main's daily scan with 20 fixable advisories. After this PR, CI's own scanner image reportsNo issues found. What's in it

Passeddocker run --rm --network=none node:22-bookworm-slim node -e '<parse changed package JSON and verify MCP override lock entries>'— Changed package manifests and lockfiles parsed successfully; the fixture lock resolves MCP client and its nested core to 2.2.0. (0s)Skippednpm ci --ignore-scripts (Mastra fixture, disposable container)— A clean install requires uncached packages from the external npm registry; the isolated harness could not complete that external-service-dependent check. No centrally configured validation commands were provided. (120s)Findings
