Question: How to apply custom index-url setting?

I'm currently under company's private network, and I have to set custom index-url as mirror to run pip install.
But when running licensecheck, it seems not applying the index-url setting, keep receive network related error.
Is there a way to let licensecheck using my index-url setting?

Hi thanks for opening the issue. This is a bug that I hadn't properly considered. At the moment this is from a hard coded string so I'll need to make this configurable. Sadly I cannot give any time frames on this as life is super busy but I hope to get around to it soon™️

how about a simple os.getenv({some_env_name}, {default_value}) as workaround?
