IMXRT-63: a2f-mkd: ship LVGL v9.6.0 from upstream GitHub - #3

Fetch lvgl v9.6.0 from github.com/lvgl/lvgl into A2F/lvgl, without its tests, docs and other development material. rootfs/lvgl builds from it, so the side-clone and A2F/lvgl_bins are gone. lv_drivers is dropped: LVGL 9 has the fbdev and evdev drivers built in. a2f-tag no longer handles lvgl, which is not an Emcraft repo.
