Changes

• Cite actual completed AWS Systems Manager/Terraform out-of-band drift execution (GitHub Actions run #35343278654) and distinguish provider-native evidence generation from the full DriftGuard application's cross-account collector coverage.
• Make the homepage link to the successful AWS execution run alongside the independent fail-closed inventory regression in DriftGuard PR chore(deps-dev): bump pa11y-ci from 3.1.0 to 4.1.1 #3.
• Show Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) and ALX Cloud DevOps Engineering Programme (completed), both as stated in Edwin's previous CVs. Public issuer verification link is not available; do not claim independent authentication, Cisco completion, or passing another exam.
