Closes #128.

Stacked on #152 (which is stacked on #151). The base is feat/time-scales so the diff shows only this work. Once those merge, this will be rebased and retargeted to main.

What changes

Fingerprint strips in the Data view

• Top strip: each column's mean over its hours (seasonal course). Left strip: each hour's mean over the columns (mean daily cycle).
• Each shows a mean line with a ±1 std band and its own small value axis. They are drawn on the same canvas as the cells with the same geometry, so they line up exactly.
• They follow the fingerprint scale and Local/UTC. Flip axes swaps their sides.
• Hovering a strip shows its value, std and count, for example "12:00 UTC · −6.13 · Std 6.60 across 1,096 days". Strip points pin like cells; the "% vs" line only compares like with like.
• The canvas grows by the strip height, so the cells keep their size. The map panel's fingerprint is unchanged.
