   Differences with Excel:

   • Date cell values with horizontal alignment 'General' should be aligned to the right. Currently left.
   • Boolean cell values with horizontal alignment 'General' should be center aligned. Currently left.
   • Secondary row in tables loses background color when exported from EPPlus. See example below.

   • We need to handle the Tab character. Excel seem to use something like 3 x space. See example below.
