Mute / Unmute: Icon don't toggle

Affected user interface (delete as appropriate):
This bug occurs in the Modern web interface.

Describe the bug / Actual behaviour:

1. Box is unmuted, button shows crossed out speaker icon
2. Click on button, box is muted, button shows still crossed out speaker icon
3. Click on button, box is unmuted, button shows still crossed speaker icon

Expected behaviour:
Click on button toggles icon.

1. Box is unmuted, button shows speaker icon
2. Click on button, box is muted, button shows crossed out speaker icon
3. Click on button, box is unmuted, button shows speaker icon
