Just today, I started up the LED controller and it stayed at a light blue color and did not go to its usual white color. I connected to the controller to my PC and I see that it has an MQTT connection failure. I try getting a new access code on the printer and reconfigured the controller but still no result. If I cycle the controller on and off it goes through the color cycle and return to light blue color. Please let me know what could be wrong.
Using Firmware 16.5.24
Also if I go the controller Configuration page and click save configuration and light turn off completely. Please let me know if any one has any suggestions. Thank you
