feat(forms): support schema-driven template parameter autofill from URL

This PR adds schema-driven URL parameter pre-population for workflow forms.

Changes:

• Support URL-driven form parameter population
• Generic handling of arrays and objects based on schema metadata

Note:
This branch was recreated from main to remove unrelated chart, changelog and release-version changes from the previous branch.

Thanks for removing the chart changes, but I don't think this has addressed the rest of my comments on #1606
