Replace the blocky silhouette with detailed front/back muscle anatomy from the MIT-licensed MuscleMap artwork used by openGym. Analytics keeps weekly volume shading, muscle selection, and recovery/volume drill-downs. Bundle artwork attribution and register it with Flutter’s license registry.
Existing users without a saved gender choice must complete a one-time setup before entering the app. Save Male, Female, or Prefer not to say in persistent settings; the saved gender selects diagrams throughout the app. Gender changes are available only in Profile after setup. Remove independent diagram selectors. New users provide the choice during onboarding. Failed saves leave setup open for retry and preserve the previous saved choice.
Show labelled Stretched (blue) and Contracted (rose-red) views for supported exercises, with movement cues and intensity legends. Shades illustrate catalogue muscle involvement and standard technique, not measured stretch, force, or live movement. Custom, isometric, and unsupported exercises show involvement without inferred phases. Analytics retains its volume scale.
