It would be nice to set some targets for the number of people or contributions so that we can see, in the future, either if we should improve a certain part or pay more attention to another. Getting more creative minds involved is what we want and having some kind of track for that could help us see where we're going and where they are going (if they just help a bit and then leave :( )
