The pinned system-tests SHA resolves to a real commit, is accepted by the reusable workflow as a valid ref, and is applied consistently across GitHub Actions and GitLab CI. No behavioral regression or diff-only hazard was found; no additional tests recommended: this is a CI-reference-only change and the relevant reference and configuration paths were validated directly.
