Fixes #4937.

deployment config before after
anvildev site-config/anvil-cmg/dev/config.ts:32 https://explore.anvil.gi.ucsc.edu https://anvil.gi.ucsc.edu
tempdev site-config/anvil-cmg/tempdev/config.ts:8 https://explore.temp.gi.ucsc.edu https://temp.gi.ucsc.edu

Two lines. No other value touched.

Only the two AnVIL dev-tier deployments are affected; prod (explore.anvilproject.org) is correct and untouched.

…them (#4937)

`explore.anvil.gi.ucsc.edu` and `explore.temp.gi.ucsc.edu` are NXDOMAIN in
public DNS, while the AnVIL dev and tempdev browsers are served at the apex
hostnames. Verified via the footer version chip: anvil.gi.ucsc.edu serves
v3.6.0-1eaf216-anvil and temp.gi.ucsc.edu serves v3.6.0-39844c9-anvil, whose
git hashes are the tips of ucsc/anvil/anvildev and ucsc/anvil/tempdev.

Only `BROWSER_URL` was wrong; the sibling `DATA_URL` values
(service.anvil.gi.ucsc.edu, service.temp.gi.ucsc.edu) resolve and are
unchanged. Every other BROWSER_URL in site-config returns 200.

`browserURL` feeds canonical and catalog URLs, so both deployments were
emitting schema.org JSON-LD pointing at hosts that do not exist.
