Claude Code 2.1.257 shipped claude-fable-5-1 (now the default Fable model, 1M context), but the Claude provider's hardcoded catalog topped out at claude-fable-5, so it never appeared in the model menu. - Add the claude-fable-5-1 built-in entry with the same Reasoning and Context Window options as Fable 5, gated on Claude Code >= 2.1.257 - Extend the version upgrade-message chain and keep xhigh effort unmapped for the new slug - Add fable slug aliases (fable, fable-5.1, fable-5, ...)
