Seed Chronicle read models in query scenarios and dispose unexpected streams #77

Description

@woksin

Arc for .NET (main after 22.23.0, commits badb3fed and 6f27bd92) adds a QueryScenario that seeds Chronicle read-model state in memory and rejects and disposes a stream returned by a snapshot query. Arc for TypeScript already has QueryScenario and, since 0.33.0, given-event seeding for Chronicle command scenarios. Add the query-side counterpart: seed a Chronicle read model for an event source (pinned instance, or reducer-built from given events via the SDK ReadModelScenario) so a query scenario can run without a kernel. Also dispose an observable or async iterable that a query declared as a snapshot unexpectedly returns before rejecting it (compileQueries).
