What and why:
The context management is still having issue with frequent folding, causing waste of token and time. This is caused by context window not properly managed. I introduced a hard-coded approach to maintain a catalog for the model context windows.
Features added.
Model catalog for per-model context windows, KV cache fixes, context/cache readout, /clear reset, session resume.
