[V1.4.1] Chat input box expands unexpectedly when pasting large content from Agent.md in Settings > general #416

Description

When a large amount of text from Agent.md in General Settings is pasted into the CraftBot chat input, the chat box expands significantly and takes up a large portion of the screen.
The input box should have a maximum height and become scrollable once the pasted content exceeds that height, instead of continuing to expand.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open CraftBot.
2. Go to Settings → General Settings.
3. Copy the content of Agent.md.
4. Open a chat.
5. Paste the copied content into the chat input box.

Current Behavior

The chat input box expands vertically based on the pasted content and can occupy a large portion of the chat screen.

Expected Behavior

The chat input box should

• Expand only up to a reasonable maximum height.
• Show an internal scrollbar when the content exceeds that height.
• Keep the main chat area visible and usable.
