OpenDots — CopilotKit Intelligence conversation creation fails (HTTP 500/503) #127

I'm running the CopilotKit/OpenDots project on two separate Windows computers.

The frontend and backend start successfully, but attempting to create a conversation fails with:

• POST /api/threads
• HTTP 500
• INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR
• Unexpected server error
• retryable: true

A separate HTTPS connectivity test to https://api.intelligence.copilotkit.ai returns:

• HTTP 503 — Service Temporarily Unavailable
• Server: awselb/2.0

The same conversation creation failure occurs on both computers, including one with unrestricted internet access.

Could you confirm whether this is a known Intelligence service issue or whether additional project provisioning/configuration is required?
