feat: Add workspace api support - #2

- add support for auth with access tokens per workspace - implement limiting sync based on list of workspace hostnames - add support for sync scoped only to specific workspace(s) - implement mechanism for rotating configs between Account and Workspace API - implement proper validate function that checks if we have valid credentials (per workspace as well)
