Every change in the wave closed en/en_US/nl fully for its own new keys, but check-l10n-parity.js requires 36 locales and ~33 of them are missing 100+ keys each, predating this wave (license-posture, module-vulnerability-tracking, organisation-merge, and older features). Needs a bulk translation pass or a decision to scope the parity gate to the actively-maintained locales.
