Game crash when opening F3 menu in a compact machine

Description

I'm playing on ATM 10 modpack (Version 1.21, modpack version: 4.12).
I discovered that the game is crashing when opening the F3 menu in a compact machine.
I also tested to open the F3 menu in the overworld, then entering the compact machine while the menu is open,
again, it crashed.

This appears to have been caused by the CompactMachines API class being loaded on a non-game layer (there are several mods at play here mixing into GUI code)

I've added some additional guards to v7.0.38 and v7.0.68 (latest as of writing) - can you try those to see if this is fixed?
