What happened

I expect to hear the text as it is selected, Instead I hear "Place cursor on a heading line to adjust its level" - this makes it really difficult to know what text I have selected. Pressing VO+F6 also does not speak it, instead I hear "Selected"

Reproduction steps

1. Type a few words into the text editor.
2. 2. Use Shift+option+right or left to select the text one word at a time
