Summary

WebKit exposes each flex or grid child as its own accessibility object, so a row
that reads as one phrase costs one swipe per child on iOS VoiceOver. The
container also drops whitespace-only text nodes between children, gluing
adjacent words into one spoken word ("Ada6:37 PM"). Neither defect is visible in
Chrome, which collapses the row into a single text node.

What changed

  • New skills/aria-specialist/references/flex-and-grid-text-runs.md
    (WCAG 1.3.1 / 1.3.2) plus a pointer line in SKILL.md.
  • skills/mobile-accessibility/references/phase-1-react-native-and-expo-auditing.md:
"One phrase, one stop" subsection in the iOS audit phase.
  • skills/aria-specialist/examples/findings.json: new ARIA-012.
  • CHANGELOG.md, skills/a11y-core/references/sources.md.

Refs #207

…xt run

WebKit exposes each flex or grid child as its own accessibility object, so a
row that reads as one phrase costs one swipe per child on iOS VoiceOver, and
the container drops whitespace-only text nodes so adjacent words glue into one
spoken word. Neither defect shows in Chrome, which collapses the row into a
single text node. Add a flex-and-grid-text-runs reference, an ARIA-012 finding,
and a One phrase, one stop section in the iOS audit phase.
