Re-pins comline-codegen and the doc renderers on generation#105, and comline-rust#93 / comline-typescript#112 (which pin the same generation rev so Cargo unifies one comline-codegen), plus the
tests/fixtures/generatorspins that build the renderers. Generated code is unchanged. Merge after generation#105, comline-rust#93 and comline-typescript#112.
