Adds the db_users benchmark results for 1.23.1 (6eb32fa) to benchmark/db_users/HISTORY.md: one entry per DB and a 2026-10-15 column in the progression tables.

Mac17,3 (Apple M5), on AC power with the machine idle, --repeat 5 (median of 5 rounds), PostgreSQL 18.6 in Docker.

The gain comes from direct constructor calls with reflection_factory 2.12 (1.23.0). It is largest where many entities are built, on SQLite. On PostgreSQL it is within the Docker noise, because each call spends far longer waiting on the database. count builds no entity and is unchanged on every DB.

This changes only the benchmark history, not the package, so it has no version bump (1.23.1 is already released).
