restructure Metadata sections to not repeat so much

Possible new organization:

• base = objectid, title. describe basic concept and overview, how metadata drives everything on site.
• template specific --> each template has just a couple different fields to represent object location. page for each.
• "Fields Required for Visualizations" are same on all three. emphasis this is fields to work out of the box with default config.
• "Optional Fields" are same on all three. emphasis you can add anything you want. there are a few out of the box defaults you might want to consider.
