DND Mini Injector - Add functionality for initiative groups, multiple minis that share the same turn. #85

Minis should show up individually for health tracking on the injector
For the initiative list only display one of them, probably the first mini sorted alphabetically in the group.
When you use next/previous turn it should select them all at once instead of needing to go through each one individually.
