Wrong position

On the high resolution screen (Surface Pro 4) in desktop mode the UI circle appear in wrong position like I tap on screen and center of menu appeared in x+40 position. Full screen mode doesn't have this problem.

I think it's the same issue as #2 feel free to take a shot at it

This issue fixed now at least for me.
