Adds a bounded Go/Gin/GORM task dependency API. Users create tasks inside account-owned projects, add/remove prerequisites and complete tasks only after their prerequisites. Every mutation locks the scoped project before reading/validating its graph; opposing concurrent edges cannot both commit, and completion shares the same lock order. Composite foreign keys keep both edge endpoints inside a project, with finite task/edge and revision bounds.
Snapshot reads hold SHARE through their graph queries. Explicit versioned migrations and a restricted runtime role replace runtime AutoMigrate; the README documents real Cloud creation/CA/grants, API operations, retry/trust limits and cleanup. Adds scoped unit/build/vet CI without Cloud credentials. No optional browser board is included.
Validation: pinned native ARM64 compatibility preflight and fresh-cache clean build, six database-free units, vet, all nine actual Cloud HTTP cases including observed lock contention and post-update rollback; actual GORM/pgx certificate/hostname controls, exact-reader blocked-writer coherence control; genuine runtime-only API replacement retaining the exact completed project graph/timestamps and repeated completion result. A failed observer callback attempt remains separately in private evidence; no extra full-suite rerun is claimed for its test-only correction.
