Add a Laravel invoice tracker where each owner can edit drafts, issue an immutable numbered snapshot, and record manual settlement. PostgreSQL parent-row locks coordinate editing and issuing; constraints and triggers enforce exact integer totals and protect issued headers/lines. Native Laravel authentication, database sessions and CSRF protect the Blade interface.

Validation: native PHP unit tests (9 tests, 14 assertions), Pint, locked clean Composer install, route/view compilation, and 13 distinct real Cloud HTTP/database cases verified across the full run plus targeted reruns of two corrected helper probes. Native Chromium desktop/mobile workflows, actual process restart with retained session/invoice, restricted database roles, certificate/hostname TLS controls and fresh migration up/down/up passed. Earlier helper failures are preserved in private programme evidence. Temporary Cloud service was deleted after independent review.

Scope: USD integer quantities, manual settlement, bounded pages. Sequence numbers can have gaps; draft edits use last-writer behavior. Article and credentials remain outside this PR.

Browser-helper follow-up: Python Playwright is now pinned to 1.56.0. Only helper requirement pins changed; runtime application code/dependencies are unchanged. Clean isolated native-Linux installs, pip check and Chromium launch/DOM/screenshot smoke passed for the updated helper. Full Cloud/application acceptance remains recorded at 7f559e25783e409ad6fdb4b8b17b929db721a43d; it was not rerun for this test-dependency-only follow-up.
