chore(chainio): sync 40204 address book to the fresh-keys reroll - #8

Re-vendors crates/chainio/src/generated/addresses.json with scripts/sync-addresses.sh, taking the clean canonical book from citrate-chain#259 (on-chain-ledger derived: 92 contracts + 7 aaStack, 0 duplicate addresses, code at every entry). Must merge AFTER citrate-chain#259. If #259 changes before it merges, re-run the sync; `--check` gates the drift. cargo test --workspace: 351 passed, 0 failed. Independent verification at c85201a: the embedded crates/chainio book is identical to citrate-chain#259's canonical 40204.json (all 124 entries).
