πŸ“š About Me

  • πŸ’» Control Systems Engineer and AI researcher specializing in intelligent fault diagnosis and security of Cyber-Physical Systems, currently completing my Master's at Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT).
  • πŸ”¬ Co-authored research under Prof. Yuchen Jiang (IEEE TII, Q1 SCIE, IF 9.8, 2026), where I led the implementation and initial technical drafting β€” exposing and defending against attacks on industrial fault detectors.
  • 🎯 Preparing PhD applications for Fall 2027 β€” open to collaboration on CPS security, fault diagnosis, and applied AI.
  • πŸ‘― Open for collaborations on open-source projects related to CPS Security, AI-driven Control, and Applied Deep Learning.
  • 🌍 From Burkina Faso, building and shipping projects across control systems, computer vision, and mobile development.

🧠 Cyber-Physical Systems & Fault Diagnosis

  • πŸ”— FDIA Alarm Defense β€” False Data Injection Attacks on Industrial Fault Detectors – Full implementation of our published research (co-authored with Prof. Yuchen Jiang et al., in which I led the implementation and initial drafting): a novel FDIA threat model against DAE-PCA fault detectors, featuring a chattering-alarm attack scheme and countermeasures via threshold adaptation. Validated on the Tennessee Eastman Process benchmark. πŸ“„ Published: IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics (IEEE TII) β€” Q1 SCIE, Impact Factor 9.8, IEEE Industrial Electronics Society, 2026

  • πŸ”— Chapter 3 β€” Deep Reinforcement Learning for Residual Generation (in progress) – Ongoing extension of my thesis toward DRL-based nonlinear residual generators for fault detection, building on the RL-inspired linear framework from our co-authored Chapter 2 work (Jiang et al., IEEE TII 2026). Repo coming as the research matures.

⚑ Power Electronics & Lighting Systems

  • πŸ”— LED Driver Flicker vs Bulk Capacitance – Reproducible analysis showing that IEEE 1789-2015 flicker limits, not electrical constraints, set the lower bound on the bulk capacitor of off-line LED drivers. Applying the design equations to a standard 70 W example, meeting the low-risk boundary requires 1.8Γ— the capacitance and the no-observable-effect level 4.2Γ—. Every number quoted is printed by the script, so the whole analysis is verifiable in one command. Course report, Introduction to LED Lighting (Prof. J. M. Alonso Alvarez, Universidad de Oviedo).

🧩 Computer Vision | Digital Signal Processing & Visual Security

  • πŸ”— YOLO + DCT Watermarking for Visual Security – Integration of YOLO object detection with DCT-based watermarking to ensure image authenticity and resilience against tampering. Read the Report
