docs: make AGENTS.md self-sufficient for new agent sessions - #11

CLAUDE.md imports AGENTS.md so Claude Code loads it like the other agents. AGENTS.md gains the workflow (issue → branch → PR → squash merge), how agents push without the owner's SSH key, how to cut a release, and asks agents to use Astrograph on its own code. So any new Claude Code / T3 Code / Codex session can pick up a ticket without this conversation's context.
CLAUDE.mdimportsAGENTS.md(@AGENTS.md), so Claude Code loads it like Codex, Cursor and opencode do natively. The old text described rules and a docs tree that no longer exist.AGENTS.md: what the project is and to read ROADMAP first; use Astrograph on its own code (Ship v0.2.0 #2); workflow (issue → branch → PR → squash merge, parallel sessions in separate branches/worktrees, replacing the old one-branch-at-a-time rule); how agents push over HTTPS with the gh token when the owner's SSH key is unavailable; how to cut a release.Verified: this PR was pushed with the documented HTTPS command.
