Throw exception on web3.unity Samples if `chainId != 5 // Goerli`

Currently web3.unity's Samples are configured exclusively for goerli

Suggested features or ways to address the summary
Add a check to chain id in project config before executing any samples

Motivation
This will give a more intuitive and descriptive error/log message
