Clean up codebase to match SDK uniformity

Similar to EVM and Gelato tickets #1016 & #1000, cleaning up classes and moving them to services to match SDK uniformity. As these are similar in nature they can all be done at once to alleviate QA's workload.

Definition Of Done:

• Evm service complete.
• Gelato service complete.
• Marketplace service complete.
• Old ABI class removed.
• All tests & samples passing.
