Extend `api compare` CI test to cover lotus-gateway integration

Completion Criteria

• compile a filter list of RPC methods that are supported by lotus-gateway
• ensure Forest RPC endpoint works with lotus-gateway
• enable websocket testing as some stateful methods are only enalbed via websocket in lotus-gateway
