4th active probe. Reads Maple SyrupUSDC vault at 0x80ac24aA929eaF5013f6436cdA2a7ba190f5Cc0b via ERC-4626 convertToAssets(1 share) at latest + t-30d + t-7d blocks. NAV appreciation model, same clean methodology as OUSG/USTB. Advertised APY: 482 bps (DefiLlama base APY, excludes SYRUP token rewards). Delivered on-chain: ~346 bps over last 30d. Note: SyrupUSDC is collateralized pool lending, not a T-bill wrapper. Included under bench 089's broader 'on-chain yield-bearing stables' framing.

Adds SyrupUSDC as 4th active probe in bench 089.
Why
Prep for follow-up PR to maple-docs — we need actual Maple coverage in bench 089 before the docs PR is credible ("here's your independent yield accuracy monitoring").

SyrupUSDC is collateralized pool lending, not a T-bill wrapper. Included under bench 089's broader "on-chain yield-bearing stables" framing. The bench 089 spec title/abstract still talks about "tokenized T-bill" — worth a follow-up copy edit if we want to formally broaden the scope, or split into a sibling bench for RWA-yield-credit.
