This is my own fork of the PHPacker fork (itself a fork of the NativePHP php-bin repository), for Cecil.
I have made it to handle custom libraries (php-libraries.txt).
Cecil requires the gd extension (with freetype, libjpeg, libpng, libwebp and libavif) for image processing, intl for localized dates and translations, and exif for image metadata.
