I've noticed that the reconstruction loss increases when I add the discriminator loss.

Could you provide any suggestions on how to set the --disc-start and --disc-weight parameters?

Yes, this is normal when adding the discriminator loss. Our configuration is set to the default values in the training script, where disc-start=20000 and disc-weight=0.5.
