Wallet reconnect error #281

Description

ConnectKit fails when trying to reconnect a wallet after disconnecting from the dApp.

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect your wallet from the dApp
2. Disconnect your wallet from the dApp
3. Try to connect again
4. See error

Expected vs actual behavior

Expected: Wallet should reconnect successfully.
Actual: ConnectKit throws an error and the connection fails.

Reload react-router on disconnect:
