   自己来回答自己的问题。listview自己会滑动的解决办法是注释掉初始化时的lv.smoothScrollToPosi这句
   dl.setDragListener(new DragListener() {
   @OverRide
   public void onOpen() {
   //lv.smoothScrollToPosition(new Random().nextInt(30));
   }
