Owner's decision, 2026-10-07: Decisions is not sold over x402 on blockrun.ai. The x402 minimum payment is above what a judgment costs, so a paid route would charge more than the answer is worth. It is served only at https://api.blockrun.ai/v1/decisions, free for any registered key; /v1/decide stays there as a compatibility alias. decisions.md drops the paid rail (endpoint row, x402 section, 402 error, $0.002 figure) and states the caps api.blockrun.ai enforces. decide.md's note says the same. Owner's decision (2026-10-07): the Decisions API is not sold over x402 on blockrun.ai. The x402 minimum payment (MIN_PAYMENT_USD + transaction fee) is above what a Decisions call costs, so the paid rail makes no sense.
