Data Scientist | Bioinformatician | AgTech & FoodTech Specialist
I bridge the gap between biology, computation, and knowledge management. My work focuses on building infrastructure for scientific research, automating complex biological workflows, and designing simple tools β self-organizing knowledge bases, AI agents, high-performance CAD β that make complex problems tractable.
- Luam: A modernized, minimal Lua dialect designed for cleaner syntax, less boilerplate, and native standalone compilation.
- Daat: A self-maintaining knowledge base with an integrated AI agent, built in Luam. Documents, chats, and the agent's own reasoning flow into one shared pool that organizes itself through usage β via maturity tiers, a fixed "heat" budget that surfaces what matters, and full audit trails, with nothing ever deleted.
- Luametry: A professional, programmatic CAD tool for Lua supporting STEP, 3MF, and OBJ exports, integrated with the high-performance Manifold geometry library and featuring high-fidelity terminal previews.
- Brain-ex: A terminal-first "second brain" for rapid markdown note capture, task management, and semantic indexing, featuring optional Obsidian integration.
- Filament: A hybrid RAG system for cold case investigation, linking structured forensic data with unstructured narrative text using localized LLM reasoning.
