Can a few lines be added on how the scanners are downloaded/installed and note of scan results are not cached #126

I believe this runner downloads a fresh copy of the scanner, scans, downloads the vul database, publishes the results and then everything is lost.

Is this understanding correct? If so, can a couple of lines be added to mention the same?
