Description
Regenerates the az compute-fleet command group using the GA 2026-08-01 API version.

This change also adds managed identity commands that allow customers to assign, remove, show, and wait for system-assigned or user-assigned identities on a Compute Fleet.

Testing Guide
Validate the new identity commands:

az compute-fleet identity assign --resource-group MyResourceGroup --fleet-name MyFleet --system-assigned
az compute-fleet identity show --resource-group MyResourceGroup --fleet-name MyFleet
az compute-fleet identity remove --resource-group MyResourceGroup --fleet-name MyFleet --system-assigned
